Came into the store for the first time this morning and spoke with I believe his name was dalton or Colton can’t quite remember but he got me setup with multiple quotes for some clients and he even helped me load up some grass slabs for my personal yard I will definitely be back soon as I get these quotes sent out. This place seems to have everything for landscaping and the customer service here seems to be top notch Thanks again

IT TRULY FEELS LIKE EVERYONE WORKING THERE IS IN A CULT OF SELF IMPORTANCE ENERGIZED BY AVOIDANCE OF CUSTOMERS! They all eat lunch at the same time and won't even look at you! So when I finally got help, I thought I needed 2 loads of gravel. I asked to pay for 2 loads but would come back for the second. "NOPE, can't do that because it might all be gone when you return," despite that the bin was chock full of gravel. So, came back and waited in line forever to pay, got the second load and left. Excrutiatingly I needed about another 1/2 load to finish up. "Nope, no half loads, just full bucket scoop is all we sell because we have no way to measure a half scoop." "HUH, you fill the bucket 1/2 full?" NOPE, whole scoop or nothing! Spent more time playing this game than I did placing the gravel. Tractor driver never uttered a word, never told me where to park trailer, nothing. He verified my receipt and jumped on the tractor, so I just followed. I literally hate WOERNER but it is within a mile of my home, so it is solely about convenience and only when I absolutely have to! It is the least flexible, worst customer service-oriented business ever! PS: VERY EYE OPENING THAT YOU

Terrible experience. Apparently, 1/2 a day of rain will throw off their operations for a week. That's pretty tough since this place is located on the gulf coast of Florida. So after wasting half a day waiting on an order to be ready, I waited 45 minutes to have it loaded. I'd recommend just driving to Foley, AL, it'll save time in the end.

We have been here many times, yet this is our first review. We purchased 2 satsuma mandarins from here two years ago, which are doing great today. We have received 3 pallets of Augustine grass, and it is happy a year later. We have stopped by to load our little trailer with mulch. I asked for 3 yards and thought it was done after 3 loads. He loaded me up with 3 more loads. I had no idea. I also realized on that trip that they sell bonsai soil, and it is way cheaper than on Amazon. I picked up a bag and it should be good for a while.

Woerner's charges 2% credit card fee (edited as I mistakenly said 4% previously) so make sure you have cash!! I'm a repeat customer and DIYer/weekend warrior type that does not have large chunks of time to work in the garden. I generally go to Woerner's for individual pieces of sod. I have purchased as few as 3 and as many as 20 pieces. They carry a palisade zoysia that works well for me and they load it in my car, which is nice because I'm not always dressed in my work clothes. In the spring I will also get a truck load or two of mulch. I feel like their quality and customer service is higher than big box stores. I have purchased their plants and shrubs on occasion and the folks who work there are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I also appreciate that Woener's focuses on landscaping that works in Pensacola FL. Definitely recommend. Added a photo of my sod project before (second photo) and during.
